The holiday season is upon us, boys and girls and everyone in between.

I made myself a drink and sat down to write you a little post, rocking to Elvis Presley’s “Merry Christmas, Baby” in my drinking hat, which I once named (after a few drinks, no doubt) Fimon Fez.

Well, there aren’t too many words, but at least a few piccies of me enjoying myself. Like misery – and the flu – joy is contagious. I think we’d all be better off if we shared our joyful moments with one another – even if they depend on nothing more than the season, liquor or music – or all three 😉

Incidentally, do try this cocktail: equal parts smoky Scotch like Lagavulin, Cointreau, Aperol, apricot jam and lemon juice; shake with ice. It’ll knock your socks – or stockings – off!
