Happy Weekend, babies!! Try out this spectacular drink from the Farmer’s Cabinet in Philadelphia called The Apricot Cocktail. My best guess at the recipe…

1 oz. each of very smoky Scotch (like Smokehead), Cointreau, Aperol and lemon juice, plus a teaspoon of apricot jam. Combine to dissolve the jam, then shake vigorously with some ice and enjoy!
(Redhead not included – though we can talk about that 😀.)
